All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.

Our employees are regularly notified and reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. USPS Priority Mail and UPS or Fedex Ground Services are available to customers. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and locations within the 48 contiguous United States where UPS or Fedex deliveries are not available (for example, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, which generally takes 1-3 business days. Additional time should be allowed for shipments to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.   If you would like to pay for expedited shipping such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping, that option is available during checkout at the current standard rates.


If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. If we ship you the wrong item we will get the right item to you at no additional cost to you, as quickly as possible. If you order an incorrect item, you will need to ship the item back to us for a refund/exchange. Remember to contact us first before sending any returns back.
