Heather Sawyer
Active shooter, Custom Clothing Specialist, SuperMom

Heather Sawyer of West Virginia started her shooting career at a young age shooting tin cans with her father. She quickly took interest and joined a junior shooting club in Washington, Pennsylvania. She returned to her home state to attend West Virginia University and shoot on their record-winning team. Heather earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from W.V.U. She and her husband Richard Sawyer live in Morgantown, WV, with their two very active boys, Lucas and Julian. Heather serves 10.9 LLC as a field representative and clothing specialist. She returned to the shooting scene as a competitor in 2014, so don't be surprised if you see her competing at a regional or national match!

Mike Chester
Air Rifle Service Technician

Mike Chester is the newest addition to our team. He was trained in mechanical drafting and uses that skill set as a customer service rep for Kurt Manufacturing by day.  In his spare time, Mike works for 10.9 in our warehouse, and as a certified Air Rifle Service Technician, having traveled to Germany in the spring of 2016 to get training on Anschutz, Feinwerkbau and Walther air rifles. Mike was originally introduced into the world of competitive rifle shooting by supporting his two sons in their junior shooting careers in local junior rifle clubs in St. Paul, Minnesota. With great customer service skills, a strong mind for all things mechanical, and a desire to support target shooters, Mike is a great addition to the 10.9 staff.
